Jepp that did the trick!

My ffmpeg version was installed by JD either on install or during a JD update.
That is i never downloaded/installed any ffmpeg my self.
I also forgot to say in the first post that i tried JD on a win10 box (where JD has been installed for a long time but rarely used) and had the same problem there.

And now i tried installing JD from the start (and JD/ffmpeg has never been installed on) on a old slow win8 box that is not used anymore.
This worked fine.
So i assume that JD does not update ffmpeg at all once it installs, is that right?
If so i assume that a bunch off users have or will start having the same issue.

Is it not possible for JD too for example 1-4 times a year after an JD update do a one time check for ffmpeg updates and if there are any update?
Especially since twitch have obviously changed something recently (my "working" streamers have probably not gotten the "change" yet), and most if not other services does constantly change shit if not for the better just to change anyway.
