For testing, I just threw together a quick c# app that gets Instagram pages with HtmlAgilityPack and did a dumb search for any JSONs containing "display_url" or "video_url". These URLs did not work right away, I had to change them according to this post:

"I noticed recently they changed it again. They swapped all the &s out with \u0026 instead. So you just need to change any \u0026 back to & in the URL query string."
After this change these URLs seemed to work in my browser. Could this be the only thing that's missing?
