1) Remi is one of the best at helping people. If you are not nice to him, nobody will help you.
2) Did you try the G500 series scripts?
3) Follow the instructions for recording your own script. As it indicates in the instructions, you may have to do this twice.
4) If you cannot change your IP address from your browser, you can ask for more help. There are some experimental approaches available.
