I haven't run into this issue for several days now, so I can't try something that was pointed out to me. So, I'll have you try it to see if it works.
Right click on the link and go into Properties. The first option in there is "Check Online Status." Run that and see if that clears the error. If so, do a "Force Download Start," which should continue the download from where it left off (assuming you have a premium account and you are allowed to resume a download).
If that doesn't clear the error, let us know.
