Nice script!
For better readability you should put it on GitHub or similar.
Our forum software will auto-censor parts of it (for users) so consider the GitHub way or upload it on a pastebin.

Regarding the limit:
The "video-hd-mark" is an indication of the available quality but that does not mean that it is streamable in HD at this moment via current IP.
At this moment the limit recognization works like this.
If HLS streaming is missing completely ("setVideoHLS"...) and user does not own a premium account, plugin will trigger the limit if wanted by the user.
