JD abort will work for standard linkchecking tasks within hoster plugins (most of these do not have captchas), linkchecking tasks within decrypters have to support abort within source code (Some do and some do not!).

my recommendation is to turn off clipboard monitoring in JDownloader, use add links dialogs for insertion of link(s) that you want to add manually.

there is also a feature called 'GraphicalUserInterfaceSettings: Clipboard Monitor Process HTMLFlavor' (settings > advanced settings) which modern browsers copy HTML behind TEXT copy. JD can analyse this... so if you wish to not analyse HTML behind the TEXT copy disable that feature). Should be disabled when you disable clipboard monitoring also.
