Looks like false positive as JDownloader.jar is a java executable and Win32.Generic sounds like either caused by code sign certificate of the launcher or JDownloader behaviour (downloading, crawling..) triggered some protection stuff.

In doubt you can check your installation:
-close JDownloader
-delete the files JDownloader.jar, Core.jar and the folders update and tmp
-download mega.nz/#!6FtSTAaa!iCcVpHl4hePgpj2q7EdcqGofDQKAt7rohGybzRCogv0 and place in the folder
-on next start it will download all files that belong to JDownloader again
-Note: settings/links/accounts are not touched/changed/lost by this
-Note: this does not alter the launchers (.exe files) but in case those are infected, then the code sign certificate won't be valid anymore
