It seems that he was using the 32bit version. I downloaded the 64bit version from the link you provided and made the adjustment to the file you mentioned and it worked fine.
I assumed that from the
https://jdownloader.org/download page the web installer would download the 64bit version on a compatible system like mine, but it didn't, besides that installer includes Adware.
