JD doesn't use any temp folder, this is caused by your AV (AntiVirus).

One user had the same problem with the same AV, it was solved in this way (Spanish post):

--> To summarise, the user added to the exclusion the files: Java.exe, Javaw.exe, JDownloader.jar, JDownloader.exe. Also excluded JD in the firewall.
