Did you read OPs post? You clearly have a different problem.
But I have the same on SO. I think it occured since the MyJdownloader addon for Firefox (using latest FF 69.0.3) was updated?
You can see the captcha site briefly and then get redirected to the "direct link".
If there is a download for the older version available, I would try to temporary load it and see if the old version still works.
