if no file is created while downloading from turbobit, then log file is useless. there is a problem with jd-cbh integration, jd did not call cbh to solve the captcha.
if you don't use any other captcha solver method, you can try completely deleting (backup before) all method folders except captchabrotherhood, and try again. maybe turbobit keywords exist on one of other jacinfo.xml files.
