JD will scan html that ends up on the clipboard, eg. you highlight and copy text on websites, it commonly also copies the section of html behind it also, in which JD will also check (ontop of text only component). I assume thats how it happened originally, if you did not copy URL. We will have to wait for one of the other supporters to check the log, as I don't have access atm.
Either way security scanners do present these type of messages (historically reports have come in the past) though its not an issue, as JD does not function like a normal webbrowser.
