I searched for this particular issue but couldn't find any solution. I have a ddl.to premium acccount and my jd2 settings are fine, also i haven't checked the pause button. My internet provider is Vodafone, since I saw that there are problems with Telekom.
When downloading, allmost all of the parts load fine with full speed (13 MB/s), except for two. I tested it with multiple downloads and there are always two parts that load with very slow speed (around 30-50 kiB/s). This accured three days ago, before that I didn't have any problems.
