We could add an advanced setting for this but not a plugin setting as we do not have a host plugin for this website.

Apart from that:
By simply using filters, you could easily get what you want.
They use googlevideo to host their files which means usually you will always have these 4 resolutions which means 1080p is always there and is always the highest quality.
