I was just trying to d/l normal 4k test vids to try out.
The one that does not resume:

This one shows resume icon, but not sure if it really resumes:

But what about the 18gb part file ( second link)? every time I restart the download, it downloads but the part file does not increase, and no new part file is created, so what exactly is happening, and is it possible to get the sound without re downloading the whole 18gb again?
