the problem is not the slow or fast connection, or the simultaneous connections, the problem is the password

downloading the same files in two different situations
With password and without password in the files.
If the files have a download password, the IP is blocked
if you download the same files that previously blocked the IP but deleting the password of the files
there is no blocking problem
