You have to manually update all packages download directory!
You saved files to F:\ and now JDownloader tries to download to drive F:
But because this no longer exists, JDownloader will show error *Invalid directory*. So you have to select the package(s) in list and rightclick, properties , set download directory and manually set the new drive d: folder
