Either I didn't understand or I've just failed to reproduce it.
When solving a browser-captcha, JD will open your browser thus whichever app was your "last" app before, now your browser is your current app and JD is the last one.
--> Using the app switcher afterwards, you will now switch between your browser and JD (well, if your browser is still open like in my case).
