Since your service is alive, it simply does NOT work.
1) I cannot login at your website
2) I cannot login at your support site (/support/)
3) I spent many hours to test your api and your service - it hardly solved any of my captchas.
----> I will remove captchasolutions from JD. If you want us to write a proper plugin,
1) Fix your own system
2) Provide us with enough tokens to implement & test everything (e-mail@appwork.org account)
