both problems?
Problem 1:
Running the import script results in prompting for installation of
all available extensions, which have not been installed already.
Problem 2:
Running the import script does not import any customized settings from settings.tsv. Advanced Settings are the same as they were before running the script...
... apart from those extensions (Problem 1)
