i am a hf premium user and normally downloading with 700-800 kb/s. i just installed jdownloader and liked it a lot. but during my first download, speed was at 200 kb/s and after restarting speed dropped to 10-20 kb/s and only 1 file was downloading (depsite i clicked force download and set my settings to max con. 1, max dls 10, speed 0). why this is happening?
