To update this thread in case any others have this bug, this is what happened with the Teamviewer debug session:
When Jiaz used his mouse remotely, everything worked PERFECTLY and AS EXPECTED.
When I used my mouse locally, it operated ACCORDING TO THE BUG. This was true whether I used the "real" right-click on my mouse, or if I used the virtual right-click (ctrl-leftclick) or MacOS. This repro'd 100% during the session.
