Thanks again for your fast reply and your hints that lead me to some tests:
First of all, I tested via Windows 10 PC with a disabled AV.
=> result, did NOT work
Then I tested to download the file via Android smartphone and LTE (no WIFI), so no FritzBox, PiHole or any Windows stuff can effect it.
=> result, it worked
Afterwards I tested with my smartphone again, but this time within my network via WIFI.
=> result, did NOT work
So I assume it is not the PC itself (AV, FW etc).
It is either the FritzBox or the PiHole (I will disable this for the next test - however in the PiHole's log I didn't see something suspicious) - or in worst case my ISP (which does not make a lot of sense).
It is strange that I have this issue only with Nitroflare...
