You can disable JDownloader own logging by setting Settings->Advanced Settings->Log.maxlogfilesize to 0 and restart JDownloader. But that way you no longer will be able to send logs via

It would be great to have a good systemd script that can properly handle update cycle.
Maybe you can test your changes with the next updates and would be great if you can share it with community
