I contacted Nitroflare support about this twice and all they say is that the problem is not on their end and that I should reset my password if I have forgotten it. This has nothing to do with my password being forgotten because JD doesn't change it.

I would very much appreciate a Teamviewer session if it is at all possible. I say that because I'm in Europe and it's almost midnight now.
