I encountered the same problem.
After update, all the plug-ins I had set-up were removed.
I had to set them up again.

Also "Use accounts to download" box was cleared with latest update.
This prevented me from using premium account, forced "free-user" mode!

These are minor annoyances easily fixed, just should not have happened.
