I personally do not see the need for this, as GUI is highly customisable to users preferences. All the user needs todo is utilise the respective menu editors (either from right click context in the respective location, or via settings > user interface)
The menu editor allows the change default function and|or create duplicate functions and allows for modifications if you rather customise functions. This also allows you to bind to different keys for different functions or just your preferred.
there is another setting in advanced settings > GraphicalUserInterfaceSettings.bypassallrlydeletedialogsenabled which you can set also, just not sure what its for, when menu editor is in play.
