I really want to help you fix this issue/find the cause of it. It is important that you have enabled debug log! Settings-Advanced Settings-search for log and enable debug log.
Once I got hands on logs, maybe whole situation clears up. I can also offer live help via teamviewer if you like, just contact us via support@jdownloader.org
