1. This file is displayed as online because of a mediafire.com API bug in the first place.
It might even really be online but can only be downloaded by premium users (?)
This bug has been around for some time.
You should also contact the mediafire.com support and ask them to fix this so that such files either get displayed as offline right away- or are downloadable for ALL users.
2. This host is no different than others.
It will get tries first via multihost.
Probably it failed in your case (multihoster failure) --> JD attempts free download --> Displays "file not found" message because download will be attempted via website --> Website returns offline (API is used in linkcheck and API returns online status)
I've tested it with alldebrid.com and it indeed returns a download-URL but it just times out so I suppose multihosts aren't able to download this file either ...
Please ALWAYS try via browser before reporting JD multihoster issues.
