surely there is no need for a series of screenshots
settings > connection manager >
add a new proxy with the respective information
click on the filter edit button, create it as a whitelist, put in rapidgator.net. save .
move this new entry above 'no proxy', as the list works from top to bottom.
if you want to prevent 'no proxy' from connecting to said service, change it to blacklist and enter in rapidgator.net, save
