I just found this site, so don't know if it's popular, but it looks legit. It's a chinese site, so pretty difficult to navigate for non-Chinese people (Google Translate works wonders). They seem to have a normal (HTTPs) download, a "client download" (Citycom Netdisk-Client / ctfile://) (I'm not installing that on my PC lol) and a VIP download. Don't know how you would even upload to this site (front page is empty), but they had some files I was looking for. If you need a test link, google the domain and look on the second page. So far no captchas, so should be trivial to implement.
