No. Your URL is private or even offline.
Now it returns error 404 for me.
Our Gdrive plugin can only crawl public folders, see:

Yes I told you the issue existed because of this.
As explained in my last post, URLs containing a resourcekey parameter ("&resourcekey=...") are now fully supported and there is no need to use the API for those anymore!
