So it happened again.

it means that this link is stuck....
that are so many zero's the link is SLOWDOWN from 1.1mb/sec to 50-100kbps and until the end of the file is never speedup the download of that link only when it finished and go to next one link or if i manually reset that link it stucked.
So please tell me what can i do because i have try EVERYTHING to solve that problem and that it persist.
01. I completely uninstall/disable all anvirus/firewall i have to pc
02. I completely uninstall all java edition with add/remove panel of windows or with ravara program and try to install only java 6 update 31 or only java 7 update 3.
03. I make a complete format and re-install the win7 into the pc
Still the same results...
Only when i use the same jdownloader 0.9581 with old updates of 14-4-2012 i have no problems at all everything else i do with the 17-4-2012 updates i have some times the stucked links.
you tell me that it is one of these reasons
1.) Firewall/AV issues -> try without these with the same results
2.) ISP is messing -> i call them and tell me that my line is fine and with any other prg i try to download even the same links as the jdownload is stuck the same time it downloaded normal at 1.1mb/sec
3.) Computer/Network issues -> i had these issues even from clear format and installation of win7 and even then still had the same issues.
So i tell it is fault of new updates with only with old updates 14-4-2012 i have no stuck at all even with antivirus and firewall enabled.
Why are you so sure all admin/mods/supporters tell that there isnn't no chance to cause this the last updates and it is problem on my pc or my network? If it was pc or network problems it must have been problems even i try to download files from THE SAME LINKS with my same premium account from mozilla firefox 11 doesn't it?
So how you explain all that things and what do you suggest me to do to solve the problems once and forever...
