clipboarddisabledwarningflashenabled -> that is about the clipboard monitoring icon in main toolbar, the checkbox is flashing when disabled
so ppl can easier see when they disabled by accident and wonder why clipboard no longer works
Most of the settings are available via Advanced Settings, so one place for ALL of them
GUI Settings are just *easier* to find
