debriditalia and cloudflare - still not working?

Yes, I know the thread about cloudflare and hoster plugin issues.
I am just wondering if I am the only one who still has no access to debriditalia using JD?
Is it working anywhere? debriditalia offered me to whitelist my IP, but I do not have a fixed IP (and I do not want one)...
