It has!
It is a combination of google scoring + the chance that Google may detects the myjdownloader addon and makes the captchas even harder.
This is not our fault and it has nothing todo with the mentioned TLS java issue.
The java which jdownloader uses is located in the installation folder of JDownloader - you can easily swap it for another version.
