It's the same JDownloader installation? You just start it manually via JDownloader.jar?
Does it work when you start the *windows* version manually with JDownloader.jar instead of binary launcher?

I've found what was causing it (Portable JRE). You can close this issue now (My problem is solved). Thanks for your help.
