JDownloader does not influence speed at all. It loads as fast as possible. Please always verify speed by downloading SAME file in browser. In case there is a real difference (use the windows taskmanager to messure speed) then come back here
Make sure the account is enter/recognized as valid. No Speed limit set? No red line in Speed graph?
