that "flood" message almost killed me today & eventually i figured out the reason , it happens when u cancel an already running download from RS & start in another one with ur SAME IP !
before TODAY RS would give u a 50 mins waiting time or something , but TODAY they changed it to a flooding message
so i had to reconnect manually coz Auto-reconnect supports waiting timers only NOT messages & problem solved .

i think an Auto Reconnet FIX for that stupid message would be great
