Hey good idea.
What jd team would have to do:
Implement starting a programm when waittime is active and starting a programm when the waittime is over
What you have to do:
JD can start programms but closing them is another thing so you would have to make a .bat file which terminates the utorrent.exe (jd starts this file when Waittime is over so utorrent is closed).
This is how i think it would work.
