Unable to download from hotlink.cc on free account, even when registered and Hoster is added to Account Manager.

Here is the generic link for a file, which JD cannot download and says "Skipped - Account is missing":

However when using the link in the browser, you can then click to start the free download. After a 60 second coundown, a new link is generated which does work in JD:
