Same in meaning of "Plugin defect".
Without account it works randomly and barely finds the amount of images you see at Flickr.
Especially if download of the original images is not allowed.
Groups don't work at all with no reason.
I can't tell about the difference with account, as it shows "plugin outdated" when I activate it.
