Hi Beer,
according to the gounlimited website, the max available quality here is "1280x720, 170.8 MB" which is exactly what JDownloader is downloading.

Do you own a (premium) account for this host?

I've checked it using a FREE gounlimited account and I did not see any higher qualities with it either!
