the download candidate selection will have a selection of mirror links within package, then pick premium accounts with unlimited data left first, then ones with limited data (for memory), then free accounts, then free non account.
cant quite remember if there is any bias over mulithoster account over real hoster, think if there was it be realhoster over multihoster. It will bias non captcha download types over captcha when the information is available in the plugin.
outside of that, coalado did create a interface which you can bias the account used based for that specific mirrored host with account useage rules, just you need to create a rule for each mirror and manipulate it the way you like it to be used. gives great flexibility but very time consuming as you need to create a rule for each real host
