1. Your attached file is not a log.

2. I've tested login via FREE account and it worked fine here.

Please either post a new, full log or send us your logindata so we can further investigate this!

Please keep in mind that this multihoster blocks IPs of several countries!

I noticed that their login is a bit slow but it's definitrly working
