Rapidshare (free), why is wait time now 60 minutes instead of 15 minutes?
I'm using Rapidshare(free). The wait time between downloads used to be
just 15 minutes. Since the last few weeks, it has increased to 60 minutes.
Does anybody know why this is? Is the Rapidshare server much more
overloaded these days?
