have to move CONTAINER at higher position
and Youtube.qualitysortidentifierorderfiletype
have to move MKV at higher position
Please know that mkv container is not yet available(defined) for every plausible video/audio codec combination.

not yet supported, but could be automated via Eventscripter and script that merges subtitle into mkv after download is finished
