we are aware of the non-working free account website login.

This is the reason why the login is broken:

Please keep in mind that we have just added premium account support via API which is still working.
If you need these files in the near future it might be a good idea to buy premium - and no, this is not an advertisement!
Their API is technically limited to only support premium accounts (which kind of makes sense).
