Is this a new restriction imposed by Google/YouTube? Prior to last month,
I was able to set "Max chunks" to at least 10 and make downloading large
YouTube go really, really fast. (in fact, that was one of the reasons I
upgraded my home internet speed from 50mbps to 300mbps)
