Can you please provide a debug log. Enable Settings-Advanced Settings-Log.debugmodeenabled
and restart JDownloader. Now try to add the normal (non premium) link and wait till the link shows up in list. Then create a log, see

and post shown logID here. That helps me to check/fix the plugin
